Title: Residential Division Supervisor 

Location: Pascagoula MS

 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Division Supervisor to join our team at Dixie Glass, a leading provider of glass and glazing solutions on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This key role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our residential division, including managing crews, conducting pre-inspections, and estimating for residential projects. **Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and coordinate residential installation crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

- Conduct pre-inspections of residential sites to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and develop effective solutions.

- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for residential glass and glazing projects, considering materials, labor, and other factors.

- Collaborate with the sales team to review project specifications and customer requirements, providing technical expertise and recommendations as needed.

- Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation for residential projects, optimizing productivity and meeting project deadlines.

- Maintain effective communication with customers, addressing any concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.

- Oversee inventory management for residential projects, ensuring adequate supplies and materials are available to support project requirements.

- Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance among residential crews.

 

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the residential glass and glazing industry, with a strong background in installation, pre-inspections, and estimating.

- Proven leadership skills, with experience supervising and motivating teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.

- Extensive knowledge of residential glass and glazing products, techniques, and best practices, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.

- Proficiency in estimating software and other relevant technology tools used in the glass and glazing industry.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Ability to pass drug screen

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
